Puerto Rican Pride Cake

Puerto Rico known as The Island of Enchantment "La Isla del Encanto" I truly enjoyed making this cake representing my island and all the things that is known for: The coqui, dominos, the garitas, güiro and maracas. All the figures were handmade in gum paste.

Baby Carriage Cake

This cake is perfect for a baby shower, small but very detailed from top to bottom, finished off with a baby carriage on top made of fondant (gum paste).

Beautiful White Wedding Cake

This beautiful white wedding cake  was decorated in fondant and took a while to decorate, as each tier has delicate sugar pearls all around it that were placed one by one. The flowers were also hand made in sugar (gum paste).

Todo el cake decorado en fondant, con perlitas en azúcar alrededor, flores hechas en azúcar (gum paste), cada perlita en azúcar, fue puesta una a una.

 

Pretty Pink Shoe Cake

This Cake Is Perfect For Any Event! I love making all kinds of cakes but I have to admit I love shoes! I got inspired and made this cute high heel in pink with gold accents to go on top of this small but beautiful cake. The shoe and roses are completely hand made in sugar (gum paste).
